On June 26, 2025, something incredible happened at Tanganyika Wildlife Park. A brand-new baby pygmy hippo was born! He’s tiny, chubby, curious, and already making a big splash (literally).
This little guy weighed just under 13 pounds at birth and is already full of personality. He’s bonding with his mom, learning to paddle in his pool, and exploring the world one wobbly step at a time.
